It has a swirl-like pattern. This is Re-Shokki tableware made of recycled ceramic clay, which is rare for Japanese tableware. [What is "Re-Shokki"? Re-Tableware is eco-friendly and ethical tableware made by crushing collected unwanted tableware and mixing it once again with clay to give it a new form. [Re-Tableware was born in 1999 in Mino, Japan, with the cooperation of many people both inside and outside the production area, in an effort to change the common belief that ceramics cannot be recycled even though materials are becoming increasingly depleted. The circle of never-ending resource recycling and a new ethical lifestyle is being born through the cooperation of many people, including users, makers, and sellers of tableware.
