This is a shallow casserole that has been requested by many people. It is convenient for simmering fish or as a tabletop pot. The thickness of the iron plate of the two-handled pot is 1.6 mm. The thickness provides excellent heat retention and also allows for gentle heat transfer, making it a powerful tool for stewed dishes.
