| This is a small bowl that does not require plastic wrap. (-30°C to +140°C is OK!) An environmentally friendly and sustainable product. [Each of the dishes is made using a color change technique called "yohen", which means a change in the color of the kiln, and each dish has a different hue and a different expression. They are also in harmony with modern food culture, suitable for both Japanese and Western cuisine, and beautifully complement dishes. The design of juso (ten grasses) is said to be auspicious for bringing in gold, as it is said that when polishing gold, polishing with the leaves of juso increases its luster.
