判明したため、機械加工ではなく熟練工の手作業による刃部の加工法も確立

・固いパン、柔らかいパン、レーズンパン、調理パンなどを崩さずにカットできます。
・のり巻きやトマトなどの切断が難しいものも簡単にカットできます。
