| The "Nakaya Nakahara Star Clown" series by general goods designer and picture book author Shinzi Katoh depicts the world of Nakaya Nakahara's delicate poetry. Among the masking tapes already on sale, we have created postcards with four particularly popular patterns. These postcards are made of banana paper, which is characterized by its gentle colors and natural texture. Banana paper [one-planet* paper] is a fair trade paper made from [banana fiber] taken from organic banana stems in Zambia, Africa. It is a high-quality, beautiful paper created through a partnership between Africa and Japan, using banana fiber, which is usually discarded in Africa, as raw material, and utilizing Japanese washi paper technology. By using banana paper, various sustainability activities such as [wildlife and forest conservation], [poverty alleviation in Zambia], [education support], and [effective use of waste] can be carried out.
