| This is a basic, plain navy blue pleated skirt that can be used for school uniforms as well as ceremonial occasions. This is a made-in-China product produced at our own factory in China under the supervision of a Japanese manager. We have been instructing our Chinese factories on the technology of school uniforms (sailor uniforms) that we have been working on for more than half a century, and now our Chinese factories are also producing school uniforms for the Japanese market. Our pleated skirts of reliable quality have good washability, and can be worn without ironing by using a washing machine at home and hanging them up to dry after washing.
