Description
| It is a cutting board using [Tono Hinoki] of Ura-Kiso, one of the three largest hinoki in Japan. Because it is lightweight and thin, you can use it easily by quickly taking it in your hand. Because of the cutting board which uses only vertical grain, it is hard to warp and the grain is beautiful. (It is not a one-piece board.) Please wet both sides evenly with water before use. After use, please rinse with water or hot water and dry in the shade. The dish dryer* and microwave oven are not suitable for use. Please do not leave the bowl soaked in water for a long time or wash it after soaking, as it may cause it to darken or crack. The product is made of natural wood, so it may warp or crack. Hinoki oil and wood tar may appear, but this is evidence that the wood is healthy. It is a natural ingredient and harmless, but if it bothers you, please wash it off. 長時間水につけた状態で放置したり、つけ置き洗いは黒ずみやひび割れなどの原因になりますのでお止め下さい。
