■ご使用方法
①コンテナを外し、挽き具合を調整します。
挽き具合は粗さ調節つまみを時計回りにまわすと細かく、反時計回りにまわすと粗く挽けます。< 詳しくは「粗さ調節方法」をごらんください。
②コンテナを再セットして、ハンドルを持ち上げお好みのコーヒー豆(30g以下)を入れて、ハンドルをセットします。
時計回りにまわすと細挽きに、反時計回りにまわすと粗挽きになります。
細挽き側に最後まで回すとハンドルが回らなくなります。
③ボディをしっかり握りハンドルを時計回りにゆっくり回すと豆が挽けます。
コンテナをはずしてコーヒー粉を取り出します
■粗さの調節方法
ハンドルを持ちながら粗さ調整つまみを時計回りに最後まで回し、その場所をスタートポイントとし、下記を目安に反時計回りにまわします。
10ポイント 極細挽き エスプレッソ
20ポイント 細挽き ウォータードリッパー
25ポイント 中細挽き ペーパードリップ、コーヒーメーカー
30ポイント 中挽き サイフォン、ネルドリップ
40ポイント 粗挽き フレンチプレス、パーコレーター
挽き具合は、お好みにより調節ください
※0-6ポイントでは臼が破損する可能性がありますので使用しないでください
■お手入れの方法
水洗いはせずに、ブラシで清掃してください。
① 粗さ調節つまみを反時計回りにまわして、金属刃を取り出してください。
② ブラシで中にたまったコーヒー粉を書き出す。 ③ 取り出した部品もブラシで清掃する。
