【ソースウォーマーについて】
フォンデュは鍋で溶かしたチーズ、チョコレート、カレー等を、フォークに刺した3cm位のパンに付けて食べる料理です。 フォンデュ用のチーズは、乳製品メーカーで市販されています。
調理される時、まずレンジを使用し、チーズなどを温めてください。その後、テーブル上ではフォンデュスタンド（火力付）をご使用下さい。パンの他にも、ソーセージ、じゃがいも等々を湯通ししても美味しく召し上がれます。
【アルコールバーナーの取り扱い】
■アルコールは「第4類燃料用」を、付属している計量カップで約70〜80cc計量し、中央の孔から注入します。
■70ccで約1時間使用できます。（空気孔は約1/3開いた状態）
■火力は、レバーで空気孔の大きさを変えて調整してください。
■消火は、空気孔をレバーでふさいだ後、蓋をかぶせます。
■点火・消化は、必ずスタンドに置いた状態で行ってください。
■アルコールは、薬局等で販売しています。
■アルコールは、アルコールメーカーの注意事項に従って取り扱い下さい。
