| *Fuji is a symbol of Japan. *Fuji has been worshipped as a sacred mountain since ancient times. It was a mountain of great spiritual significance. *Fuji is said to have greatly influenced French impressionist painters and is famous worldwide. *We selected two scenes from Hokusai's "Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji" (Kai-fu-kai-haru and Kanagawa-oki-nani-ura) to create this long wallet. *The "Kifu-Kaisei" depicts the so-called "Akafuji" (Red Fuji). The red Fuji can be seen only rarely. It is said to be a sign of great luck and a good omen to ward off evil, good health, longevity, prosperity of descendants, and prosperity of business. *In Kanagawa Okinamiura, which depicts a large wave in the foreground with a ship and people being tossed about by the wave, Mt. Fuji is depicted small in the far distance, but its presence is in contrast to this, and it seems to be watching over the ship and its people. *On both sides are flowers of the four seasons. Cherry blossoms: The god of rice dwells in these blossoms, and is associated with the god of rice harvest, wealth, and prosperity.
