| We use this sample roaster to check green bean samples when purchasing green beans, and to adjust the degree of roasting in advance before roasting green beans in a large roasting machine. We recommend this roaster to those who have a large roasting machine but do not have a sample roaster, those who are starting a café or coffee shop, and those who want to start a roastery with limited funds. The roaster can roast a small amount of green coffee beans (50-60g) in a short time, so you can offer freshly roasted coffee beans to your customers. If you have a store, you can start purchasing green coffee beans to keep down the cost. From now on, even individuals can easily roast coffee beans to their own taste. Other companies sell sample roasters, but they are very expensive, with the cheapest ones costing about 300,000 yen and the most expensive ones as much as 500,000 yen. The sample roaster we sell has already been used more than 200 times, but so far it has not broken down and is very durable. The roaster vendors are almost monopolizing the sales of roasters. There is little information about roasters, and many people have the impression that installing a roaster is [very difficult and requires specialized knowledge], so they are at the mercy of the distributors.
