| Kairagi glaze is called "Kairagi" because it resembles the surface of the stingray skin that is wrapped around the handle of a sword, which is called "Kairagi" (plum blossom skin). The simple yet intricate pattern has a taste that cannot be achieved with mass-produced products. It is a gorgeous vessel for displaying whole cakes, bintxos, and other foodstuffs.
