| Hakusan Pottery KIKKOU HAKUSAN KIKKOU Kikkou is a representative pattern of good luck. The tortoise protects itself with its hard shell, which has become a symbol of longevity, and since the tortoise shell was also a symbol of money, it is said to bring good luck in money. The turtle's auspicious shape and moderate depth make it an easy-to-use vessel that is just right for Japanese cuisine. 縁起の良い柄の代表格、亀甲（きっこう）。
亀は、固い甲羅で身を護る事から、不老長寿の象徴となり、亀の甲羅は、貨幣の象徴でもあったため、金運が良くなるとも言われています。
縁起の良い形に、程よい深さがとっても使いやすく、和食にちょうど良い器です。
和食がユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録された事で、和食への関心は高まり、食事に合った器も注目されるようになりました。
KIKKOUは、まさに和食を引き立てる良き器。
でも、日本人の食事も多様化しているので、和食にしか使えないのはちょっと・・・っと思われる方もいるかもしれません。
しかし、KIKKOUは、一般的な家庭料理の洋食、中華。
