We recommend this jar for those who make a lot of miso* and umeboshi (pickled plums). It can also be used as a container for storing food, such as a rice bin or for storing root vegetables. *Before use, wash the container with a soft sponge or natural scrub brush with neutral detergent. *When storing food for a long period of time, wash it well with a neutral detergent and then disinfect it with alcohol (alcohol content is 0.01% or less). After washing well with neutral detergent, disinfect the container with alcohol (wipe with high-alcohol shochu, etc.) before use. *Dropping or shocking the product may cause breakage. Please handle with care and gentleness. *This container is made of heavy ceramic. It will become heavy when filled with food. Please use it in a stable place. *The texture of each item is different because it is produced by hand. Please understand that the texture is unique to the handmade process. |
