*Wash the steamer for the first time and after use with dishwashing detergent on a sponge.
*The steaming table is extremely hot after cooking. Be sure to use mittens, etc. and do not touch with bare hands. Failure to do so may result in burns. *When cooking food that takes a long time to steam, the amount of water may be insufficient. (When steaming over medium or low heat with a lid on and about 1 cm (approx. 200 ml) of water in a special pot-type pan, the water will run out in about 12 minutes over gas heat or 15 minutes over induction heat. If steaming for more than 10 minutes, add water halfway through to avoid burns). *Cook over medium heat or lower and do not extend beyond the bottom of the pot. Use of high heat may cause fire or damage to the pan. *Do not subject the body of the pan to strong shocks (dropping). Doing so may cause deformation, breakage, or injury. *Although stainless steel is rust-resistant and stain-resistant, rust may occur due to the adhesion of dirt. After use, remove stains with dishwashing detergent, etc., and wipe dry before storing. *Washing with a scouring brush or polishing powder may scratch the surface. |
