| Kohana cohana Japanese marquetry pencil sharpener, linen leaf Hakone marquetry is a craft that creates a variety of patterns by bringing together many different colors of natural wood. We expressed a delicate "hemp leaf pattern" with solid marquetry and made it into a classy pencil sharpener. The hemp leaf pattern is a traditional Japanese pattern that has been popular since ancient times as a wish for the healthy growth of children and to ward off evil. The pencil sharpener in the shape of a small hexagonal box with the hemp leaf pattern is stable and comfortable to sharpen, and the soft color of the solid wood, which is different from each other, creates a small but gentle space. The sharpness of the pencil sharpener is evident in the pencil shavings, or pencil flakes. The way they are connected without any interruption in the middle is magnificent. It can be used not only for Chaco pens for handicrafts, but also for colored pencils and pencils in a wide range of applications.
