By Tawaraya Sotatsu, Edo period, Lent by Kenninji The clear file of this Rimpa school masterpiece has been renewed in 100% recycled plastic material. This environmentally friendly material also carries the Eco Mark. In addition, the finish is more transparent than before. The part where you can put your finger is a universal design that does not depend on your dominant arm. The design is easy to use for everyone from children to the elderly. 俵屋宗達 江戸時代 建仁寺蔵
俵屋宗達（たわらや そうたつ）
生没年不詳。桃山から江戸初期にかけ活躍した絵師で、京都の作画工房の絵屋「俵屋」の主宰者。大和絵の伝統に根ざしながらも、既成流派の形式にとらわれない斬新な造形、大胆な構図と鮮麗な色彩を特徴とする。宗達が創始したこの装飾画の流れは、尾形光琳により「琳派」として展開していった。代表作は『国宝 風神雷神図屏風』『国宝 蓮池水禽図』『国宝 関屋澪標図』。
