The popular indigo Japanese pattern.

Casual and fun

Dot and stripe patterns are popular among Japanese patterns. The [Indigo] series has been created with a modern atmosphere. It features a casual design that makes you want to play freely with serving. The brilliant white color is only possible because it is made of porcelain. The contrast with the color of the food is beautiful.

Two colors are available: a dotted pattern and a striped pattern designed with indigo glaze. The plates are 12 cm (easy to use) and 22 cm (good for small main dishes), the bowls are 12 cm and 17 cm, the multi-cup has a capacity of 200 ml, and the mug has a capacity of 300 ml.

[Indigo] is a Mino ware produced in a part of the Touno district (Toki*Tajimi*Kani*Mizunami*Kasahara) in Gifu Prefecture (Mino Province). Mino ware is said to have originated in the Nara period (710-794), and has long supported the Japanese dining table. Today, it accounts for more than half of all ceramics produced in Japan and is one of the country's proudest pottery products.

The greatest appeal of porcelain material is that it does not absorb water! The lack of water absorption naturally prevents food odors from remaining, making it a very useful vessel for daily use at the dining table.
It is only because it is made of porcelain that you can use it without hesitation even for dishes with plenty of spices and garlic. No other care is required. Just wash it gently with a soft sponge and dishwashing detergent, and dry it thoroughly. Easy and convenient to use, it is a strong ally of busy people and working mothers.
