Dokuraku has a core, which means "to carry things through," and its spinning means "to make things go smoothly" or "to make money go around. The bottom of the cup is swelled up so that you can enjoy the swirling motion of the cup. The full capacity is 90ml, but since it is tilted, the maximum practical capacity (*) is 70ml.
