If an item is sold out, we will ship another item. (Even if the order total is less than 20,000 yen (excluding tax) due to a sold-out item, we will not charge any additional shipping* handling fee.)

*Please note when washing
Our garments are made of natural fibers such as cotton, silk, and wool, and many of them are spun, woven, knitted, and embroidered by hand, so care may be required when washing and ironing. Each product has an instruction label indicating washing instructions, so please check before washing. In principle, all garments can be washed in cold water (below 30°C), but some shrinkage may occur after repeated washing. To avoid color fading and discoloration, please avoid using detergents containing fluorescent agents.
