1964年埼玉県生まれ。89年北里大学医学部卒業後、国立相模原病院、北里大学耳鼻咽喉科を経て、現在、横浜市みなと赤十字病院耳鼻咽喉科部長。日本めまい平衡医学会専門会 員、代議員。95年に「健常人OKAN(視運動性後眼振=めまい)」の研究で医学博士取得。96年、米国ニューヨークマウントサイナイ病院において、めまいの研究を行なう。北里方式をもとにオリジナルのメソッドを加えた「めまいのリハビリ」を患者に指導し、高い成果を上げている。
