| From Nepal, a prayer flag used in Tibetan Buddhism, Tarucho. It can be used as a room interior or displayed on a tent in the outdoors. It can be used in many ways! About Tulchos The Tibetan prayer flag consists of five colors. The order of the colors is blue*white*red*green*yellow, and each color represents one of the five elements that are believed to make up the world: sky*wind*fire*water*earth. The flag with a horse on it is also called a lunta (wind horse flag), and is said to express the wish that the Dharma will spread with the wind. The flags with sutras on them are said to mean that each time the flag flutters in the wind, a sutra is chanted. Malaika's Tarucho is made of Nepalese polyester and has a wind horse in the center of the flag, four deities and sutras on the four corners by woodblock printing. The flag is made up of 25 flags in five rows of blue to yellow. |

タルチョーについて
タルチョーは5色からなるチベットの祈祷旗です。色の順番は青・白・赤・緑・黄と決まっていてそれぞれの色が空・風・火・水・地というあらゆる世界を構成するとされる5要素を表しています。馬が描かれたものはルンタ（風馬旗）とも呼ばれ、風に乗って仏法が広がるよう願いが込められているそうです。また、旗にお経がかかれているものは風にたなびくたびにお経を唱えたことになるということです。マライカで扱っているタルチョーはネパールのポリエステル生地の物でそれぞれ旗の中心に風馬と四隅に4神とお経が木版により描かれています。青〜黄が5連となった25旗のものとなります。
