We must keep on exploring our traditional craft has been inherited with new ideas like adding seasoning. As you know, our traditional crafts are deeply related to our food culture. Therefore, we named our brand "ni mono". Hope you enjoy it. ---We believe that [tradition], [technique], [material], [design], [product] = [cooking], which is scattered all over Japan. We are constantly in search of new flavors by adding new seasonings (ideas) to the traditional flavors (things*things) that have been handed down from generation to generation. With this in mind, we have decided to combine the word "nimono", which is widely and deeply related to Japanese food culture, with the word "monozukuri", which means Japanese manufacturing, to create "ni mono-nimono-". The fan has been familiar to Japanese people since ancient times. It is used in tea ceremonies and Japanese dance as a tool to symbolize hospitality, and its "suehagari" shape is considered good luck, and it is always used for events that mark milestones in life. The delicate processing technique* inherited in Mino, Gifu Prefecture, decorates the surface of the fan in a gorgeous way. This series is inspired by the "circle" movement of Japanese dance, also known as the ritual dance. The beauty of the dance and the movements of the dancer are depicted in a moving motif, modestly yet glamorously in mica gilt. This series is suitable for use as a vessel to serve meals or place sweets. |

受け継がれてきた伝統の味（モノ・コト）に新しい調味料（アイデア）を加え未知なる味を求め日々探求していく

岐阜県 美濃に受け継がれてきた繊細な加工技術・伝統の加飾技法が扇面を華やかに彩る「扇子皿」です。
儀礼の舞ともいわれる日本舞踊の「円」の動きからインスピレーションを受けたシリーズ。動きのあるモチーフで舞の美しさや所作を、雲母金彩で慎ましくも煌びやかに描きました。
