| Designer Shinzi Katoh paints a colorful depiction of the world of fairy tales [The postcards are made from selected patterns from the "Grimm, the Jewel of Fairy Tales" series. These postcards are made of banana paper, which is characterized by its gentle colors and natural texture. Banana paper [one-planet* paper] is a fair trade paper made from [banana fiber] taken from organic banana stems in Zambia, Africa. It is a high quality and beautiful paper created through a partnership between Africa and Japan, using banana fibers that are usually discarded in Africa as raw materials and utilizing Japanese washi paper technology. By using banana paper, various sustainability activities such as [wildlife and forest conservation], [poverty alleviation in Zambia], [education support], and [effective use of waste] can be carried out. Banana paper is connected to all 17 targets of the SDGs.
