*The colors, patterns, and dimensions of each product are made by hand. Therefore, there may be slight differences from the pictures. Also, the appearance of the product may vary slightly depending on the environment of your computer (monitor). *The nature of pottery means that iron, pinholes, glaze peeling, differences in glaze appearance, uneven color (shading), fine scratches, distortion, and rattling may occur, but these have been inspected by our company, so please enjoy them as a characteristic of pottery. *Ceramic products are delicate and easily damaged. Please handle with care. *Please note that some products may have rough surfaces and insides. Although the bottom surface has been polished, please use a rug or something similar depending on where you place it in case it gets damaged.

We ship each item individually in an inner box and then in an outer box.
Please note that there are some exceptions.
Small items... Packaged together in an inner box and shipped in an outer box (without an individual product box)
Large items... Shipped in an outer box without inner box (individual product boxes will be included in the outer box)
