| This is a bargain priced set of about 7,500 iron beads in a case with a variety of colors. Plates and ironing sheets are also included, so you can enjoy iron beads right away. The case with a handle makes it easy to clean up. *How to make iron beads*. Prepare the pattern you want to make. (This set includes a basic pattern.) Place a transparent plate on top of the pattern, and place the iron beads as shown in the pattern. When you have finished placing the iron-on beads, place the provided ironing paper on top of the beads. Iron at a medium temperature of about 150 degrees Celsius. Iron evenly in a circular motion without applying too much pressure. Beads will melt and stick to each other. If the ironing temperature is too high, or if you iron too hard, the beads will melt more than necessary, so keep an eye on them and iron a little at a time. When the beads have cooled down a little, slowly peel off the ironing paper. 7. Gently peel off the beads from the plate, turn the beads over, place the ironing sheet on top of the beads, and melt the beads in the same way, attaching the beads to each other on the reverse side as well. 8. While the iron-on beads are still warm, place a heavy book or other object on top of the beads to cool them down, so they will not warp and will be beautifully finished. |
