*Shipping Information*
Orders placed by 1:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. Since we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday will be shipped no sooner than Tuesday. Please note that in some cases, shipping may be delayed beyond the estimated delivery date. *Shipping Fees* Shipping is free except for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands. For each item ordered, shipping to Hokkaido is 1,700 yen (excluding tax). Shipping to the main island of Okinawa is 2,600 yen (excluding tax). Please contact us for shipping to remote islands. *Regarding Large-Item Shipping* Items with “[Large-Item Shipping]” in the product name will be shipped via large-item shipping rather than standard shipping. Regarding the delivery date, the shipping company will contact you directly; please coordinate the delivery date with them. You must provide a mobile phone number where you can be reached. The shipping company will contact you approximately one week after shipment. Depending on arrangements with the shipping company, delivery on Sundays* and holidays may be possible. Items will be delivered to your doorstep. Please confirm the entrance width and delivery route in advance. Cancellations are not permitted for cash-on-delivery orders, time-specific delivery requests, or orders that have already been shipped. In the unlikely event that a redelivery is required because you are not home on the scheduled delivery date, an additional fee will be charged for the redelivery. *Regarding the Delivery Slip* Since the shipping location is different, we are unable to include the delivery slip with the package.
