Description
| [Chirimen Monster] is a small creature mixed with Chirimen-jako. Since some of them have bizarre shapes, volunteers from the Kishiwada Nature Museum in Osaka named them and proposed the idea of learning about the marine environment through playing with them. [The "Chirimen Sagashi" (search for chirimen monsters) is now familiar to children all over Japan and has attracted adults as well, and has often been featured in the media. This book is a fun picture book that takes the Chirimen Monster as its starting point and shows what kind of creatures they actually are, how they grew up and lived, the environment in the sea where they live, and what kind of life they lead. It also introduces the wonders and mysteries of the oceans, which hold the key to the earth's environment, and provides an opportunity to develop a deeper interest in the oceans. In the previous work [Let's Find the Chirimen Monster!] was titled "Chirimenmon Card Pictorial Book," and this time around, a new pictorial book is included in a new three-page spread. At the end of the book, the author introduces how to do free research on Chilimon and how to make Chilimon specimens in detail. |
