| A round basket that can be used for draining and serving. This basket can be used for draining* and serving vegetables and tableware. It comes in two sizes: S and L. The L size, with a diameter of approximately 31 cm, is perfect for serving soba, udon, or somen noodles for the whole family.* In addition to serving, it’s also recommended as a draining basket for tableware. After use, please dry it in a well-ventilated area, just as you would with a bamboo basket; however, since there’s no risk of deterioration from moisture, it’s easy to care for.
