■ミョウバンについて
ミョウバンとはカリウムなどの陽イオンとアルミニウムなどの陰イオンが結ばれた複合塩です。 現在、市販されている物は工場などで作られて合成物ですが、ピエドラ デ アルンブレは天然のミョウバンです。アステカ族はミョウバンを上記の様な浄化用として使いますが、一般的にはデオドラント(体臭予防)の効果が知れ渡っています。細かく砕いたミョウバン15グラムから20グラムと水道水500ccをペットボトルなどに入れ、よく振り3日ほど置きます。透明になったらミョウバン水の原液の出来上がりです。これを5から10倍に水道水でうすめ、スプレー容器などに入れ、お風呂あがりに、気になる部分にスプレーします。
