"超長綿"と呼ばれる長い繊維を使用しました先染め生地です。
経糸の密度を増やし、緯糸を極細の70番単糸を使うことで、
縦の色を鮮やかに表現することが出来ます。
通常のシャツ地より少し肉厚感はありますが、肌触りの良い風合いの生地です。
縫製後に洗い加工を施して洗いざらしの様な風合いで仕上げています。
◆TIW-163
この生地はシワになり難くするために、緯糸にポリエステルを使用しております。
使用しているポリエステルはリサイクルされた糸で、経糸には綿を使用しています。
このことから綿ライクでありながら、シワになり難い、とても扱いやすい生地と言えます。
縫製後に洗い加工を施して洗いざらしの様な風合いで仕上げています。
