糸を染色してから織ります¨先染め¨と呼ばれる生地の生産地であります
兵庫県西脇市でつくられました高品質の生地を使用しまして、
国内工場で職人が丁寧に縫製しましたブリティッシュオフィサーシャツです。
縫製後に洗い加工・タンブラー乾燥を施して洗いざらしの様な風合いで仕上げています。
釦は国産の貝釦で、織りネームは国内工場で生産しました
高品質なものを使用しております。
-ブリティッシュオフィサーシャツ-
オーガニックコットン100%の糸を使用して織り上げた生地を、
小さな洗い機で少量ずつ丁寧に揉み洗う事により程良いシワ感のある風合いに仕上げました。
生地での洗い加工と、縫製後に再度洗いとタンブラー乾燥を施すことで
シームに"パッカリング"と呼ばれる凹凸が生まれ立体的で柔らかい雰囲気のある仕上がりになっております。
ブリティッシュ・オフィサーシャツをモチーフとしたデザインで一見すると
プルオーバーの様に見える前立てとバンドカラーが特徴になります。
衿、前立て、カフス、剣ボロなどには"フラシ芯"と呼ばれる非接着芯を使用しており、
張り感を持たせながらも柔らかい仕立てとなっております。
