無地で都会的な表情の開襟シャツを仕立てました。
衿の表にステッチを出さず、ループを無くす事で
すっきりとした表情になっておりまた衿の芯地に"フラシ芯"と呼ばれる
張り感の無い芯地を使用していますので
生地の風合いを活かした柔らかい仕上がりとなっております。
- ドライタッチな綿/リヨセルブロード -
ヴィンテージのアロハシャツに多く見られるレーヨン素材のテロッとした生地では無く
湿度の高い日本で着用する事を想定しましたドライタッチで肌離れの良い生地を
タテ糸に綿糸、ヨコ糸に"リヨセル"と呼ばれるレーヨンと同様の柔らかさを持つ糸で
織り上げました。生地の状態でワッシャー加工 (洗い）をかけることにより
雰囲気の良いシワ感が生まれ立体的な表情のブロードになりました。
- アームホール前後のずらし付け -
前身頃と後身頃の袖下箇所を後側を下にずらして袖付けをしております。
人体のバランスは背中側が大きく立体的であることと、
腕の動きは前側に偏ることから後側のゆとりを大きくとり
腕と肩を動かしやすくする為のディテールになっております。
- 3cm間に20針のステッチ -
高品質なシャツに見られます特徴のひとつとして"運針数"と呼ばれる
ステッチのピッチを3cm間に20針で縫製しております。
運針数が少ない方が、生産効率は上がりますが、
シャツ工場ならではの丁寧な仕立てでおつくりしています。
- 深みのあるマーブル調の尿素ボタン -
現在数多く流通しておりますプラスチック製のボタンが開発される前に
よく使用されていました"尿素樹脂製"のボタンを使用しております。
傷が目立ち難いタフさと、マーブル調の美しい表情を持っており
それぞれの生地に合わせたカラーで取付けております。
