糸を染色してから織ります¨先染め¨と呼ばれる
生地の生産地であります兵庫県西脇市でつくられました
高品質の生地を使用しまして、
国内工場で職人が丁寧に縫製しましたレギュラーカラーシャツです。
オーガニックコットン100%の糸を使用して織り上げた生地を、
小さな洗い機で少量ずつ丁寧に揉み洗うことにより
程良いシワ感のある風合いに仕上げました。
生地での洗い加工と、縫製後に再度洗いとタンブラー乾燥を施すことで
シームに"パッカリング"と呼ばれる凹凸が生まれ
1940年代のストアブランドワークシャツをモチーフとしたデザインで
フロントのダブルポケットと少し長めの衿先などが特徴になります。
衿、前立て、カフス、剣ボロなどには"フラシ芯"と呼ばれる非接着芯を使用しており、
張り感を持たせながらも柔らかい仕立てとなっております。
釦は国産の猫目ボタンで、織りネームは国内工場で生産しました
高品質なものを使用しております。
上品で肌触りが良い生地が生み出す1枚となっております。
