兵庫県西脇市でつくられました高品質のインディゴセルビッチの
シャンブレー生地を使用しまして、
国内工場で職人が丁寧に縫製しました半袖ワークシャツです。
- シャツ工場仕立てのワークシャツ -
大量生産を前提にしたワークシャツモチーフにしながらシャツ工場ならではの
視点で生地、パターン、縫製仕様に創意工夫をもって仕立てた
ワークシャツになります。
- 旧式のシャトル織機で柔らかく織り上げたシャンブレー -
生地は旧式のシャトル織機で柔らかく織り上げた
インディゴセルビッチのシャンブレーを使用しています。
各色ごとにインディゴの染め色に変化をつけることで
褪せた様な色合いにしていますが、加工によって色落ちをさせたものではないので
生地本来の風合いを損なわずに経年変化した様な表情に
それぞれ仕上がっております。前立て裏と、裾両脇の三角マチには
シャトル織機で織り上げた特徴であります"赤耳"と呼ばれるセルビッチを使用しています。
生地の状態と縫製後に水洗いとタンブラー乾燥で仕上げていますので
程良いシワ感が生まれ、馴染んだ雰囲気のある一枚となっており
また着用と洗濯を繰り返しても縮むことはありません。
- アームホール前後のずらし付け -
前身頃と後身頃の袖下箇所を後側を下にずらして袖付けをしております。
人体のバランスは背中側が大きく立体的であることと、腕の動きは前側に偏ることから
後側のゆとりを大きくとり腕と肩を動かしやすくする為の
ディテールになっております。
