| Bubbling Gurasuyama Series The small frosted glass-like bumps on the inner surface of the glass create fine bubbles that enhance the creamy flavor of the drink. Beer poured along the mountain creates the optimum flow for foaming, and together with the uneven surfaces on the sides of the glass, creates fine bubbles. The fine foam also keeps the foam in place and locks in the flavor of the beer. Recommended for professional use, from everyday drinking to taverns and kappo (Japanese-style restaurant) use.
