Description
| The Makai Bali Tea Estate is one of the oldest tea gardens in Darjeeling, a mountainous region in northeastern India at the foot of the Himalayas. Two-thirds of the vast property, which straddles four mountains, is covered with virgin forests where wild animals such as tigers, leopards, deer, and goats live. The tea plantation coexists with this rich wilderness, and tea trees are grown using biodynamic farming methods that harmonize with nature, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Organic Darjeeling black tea is handpicked from new shoots. The tea leaves grown by receiving energy from the earth have a fruity and gorgeous aroma and a crisp and elegant astringency. Enjoy the complex aftertaste. [Suggested Use] The unique aroma and complex flavor of Darjeeling black tea is best enjoyed straight, without milk or lemon. In summer, we recommend you drink this iced tea well chilled and without ice. You will enjoy the unique aroma of Darjeeling. *How to serve it [Hot] Place tea leaves in a pot (about 3g = 1 heaping teaspoon for a 150ml cup), gently pour in boiling water, cover and let steep for about 5 minutes before pouring into a cup. It is recommended to taste it a little before the time. [Clear and mellow taste (for 1L) Put 10g of tea leaves in 1L of water, brew for 8-10 hours in the refrigerator, then remove the tea leaves and store in the refrigerator. 24 hours or less. If using bottled water, soft water is recommended. [Authentic iced tea] Crisp and fragrant taste (300ml) Put 4g of tea leaves in a pot and pour 150ml of boiling water. Cover the pot and let steep for 4 minutes, then pour the tea leaves into a heat-resistant glass or ceramic cup filled with 150 g of ice and stir. *In consideration of the environment, we use tetra teabags made from plant starch. 【水出しアイスティー】透明感のあるまろやかな味わい（1L分）
水1Lに茶葉10gを入れ、冷蔵庫で8〜10時間抽出後、茶葉を取り出して冷蔵庫で保存します。24時間以内にお召し上がりください。ペットボトルの水を使う場合は軟水がおすすめです。
【本格アイスティー】キリッとした飲みごたえと香り高い味わい（300ml分）
ポットに茶葉4gを入れ、熱湯150mlを注ぎます。フタをして4分蒸らしたら、氷150gを入れた耐熱性のグラスか陶磁器のカップに茶葉をこしながら注いで、かき混ぜます。
