[His motto is "Life is random. This work marks his debut as a picture book author. Akiko Narita Born in Aomori Prefecture and currently resides in Tokyo. Graduated from Tokyo Designer Gakuin. Participated in the group exhibition "Ginza Illustration Collection. After working for a design company and an apparel company, she met Nishiyama, who was also her senior at work, for the first time in 25 years. They hit it off because of their love of cats, and co-authored this work modeled on the cute daily gestures of their beloved cat. He created this picture book with the aim of making it a book that children and their parents would return to again and again. This work won the 10th Picture Book Publication Award for Excellence, and she made her debut as a picture book author. |
