Tomoko Sumikura
Tomoko Sumikura was born in Nagasaki, Japan in 1968. Moved to Fukuoka after marriage and raised four children. Currently lives in Fuchu City, Tokyo.
Studied picture book making at Kego Juku, a picture book academy. Crocodile's Dame-Dame series became popular and has been translated and published in Korea, Taiwan, and China.
