| WANOSAI wanoiro is a modern take on traditional Japanese craftsmanship, an accessory for sophisticated adult women. It is luxuriously made of rare pure silver threads, a traditional Kyoto craft used for Nishijin-ori obis and other traditional Japanese fabrics. The pure luster of sterling silver is beautiful and the taut and firm threads are carefully tailored one by one in a workshop in Kyoto. The threads are made by cutting thin sheets of Japanese paper pressure-bonded to a film on which pure silver is deposited, and twisting them onto rayon threads. The surface is coated with a layer of polyester to prevent discoloration, making it safe to wear even for those who suffer from metal allergies. Fleur de tricot is a French term for knitted flowers. This is a station necklace of gold thread flowers and pearls, carefully knitted one by one. The use of sterling silver thread gives it an elegant shine and a very neat impression. Since it is long enough, you can make it long or arrange it in double layers for a wide range of coordination.
