Description
| *Art seals [National Treasure, Caricatures of birds, animals and humans]* Heian period, Lent by Kozanji temple These stickers are small and can be easily pasted into notebooks and other containers. We have carefully selected a number of cute characters from the Koumaki scrolls. The stickers are finished with colors to add a touch of color to the birds and beasts that are only drawn on the stickers. The stickers are holographic, and when exposed to light, the fine rainbow grains shine elegantly. If you have one on hand, you will definitely be able to add expression to your letters and notebooks! * Work Introduction * National Treasure [Caricatures of birds, animals and humans], Heian - Kamakura period, Lent by Kozan-ji This is a picture scroll consisting of four scrolls, A, B, C, and D. The first scroll is a caricature of anthropomorphic figures. Scroll A is the most popular of the four scrolls, with its spontaneous depiction of anthropomorphic animals. The author of the scroll is said to be the Toba priest Kakuyu (1053-1140), but there is no proof, and various theories exist. Recent research has revealed that the order of the paintings has been changed since the original. It is thought that this is because they were originally divided into two volumes and then joined together. #Birds and animals #Birds and beasts #Birds and beasts Stationery #Cute Japanese paintings |
