Description
| Kaijirushi's unique independent suspension system enables the position of the grinding wheel to be adjusted according to the shape of the blade. Conventional sharpeners can only sharpen the apex (convex) of a corrugated blade, not the concave part at all. If sharpened as is, the corrugated shape will collapse and the performance of the cutting edge will be compromised. Kaijirushi's unique independent suspension structure allows the grinding wheel unit to move along the blade line and touch up the blade without breaking the blade line. *Sharpener cannot sharpen special knives such as jagged blades or knives with thicker than 2.5mm blades. |
