The concept is: reasonable price x professional ease of use x stainless steel Handle design that fits the hand and makes it easy to cut food Satin-finished handle for a special touch Integrated stainless steel construction makes it easy to clean. Italian chef born in Kamakura in 1947. [He was the owner-chef of "La*Vettera" and was the catalyst for the spread of Italian cuisine in Japan. With the full support of Yojiro Katsura, whom he met at a restaurant where he trained in French cuisine, he brought authentic Italian cuisine to Japan at Granata in 1982, and later opened his own restaurant, La Bettola da Occhiai. |
