The mayor and officials of the town at the time took the initiative and moved to cultivate grapes growing wild in the mountains. Despite encountering various difficulties, the company began to make wine and has expanded to the present day. The business is strongly supported by the community, and the proceeds are returned to town development. The business is supported by the town and contributes to the town. Tokachi Brandy [Gentil V*S*O*P]. Tokachi brandy has a long history, with production starting in the 1960s, following wine. 酒造は、北海道池田町役場が事業主体となっている「北海道池田町 十勝ワイン
（池田町ブドウ・ブドウ酒研究所）」。
「十勝ワイン」の歴史は、1950年代から重なって起きた池田町での自然災害にある。当時の町長、職員が中心となり、山に自生しているブドウの栽培に動いたことがきっかけ。様々な困難にぶつかりながらもワインづくりに取り組み、現在まで拡大。地域から強く支持される事業は、その収益をまちづくりに還元。町に支持され、町に貢献する事業となっている。
十勝ブランデー「ジェンティール V･S･O･P」を使用。
十勝ブランデーは、ワインに続いて1960年代から製造をスタートさせており歴史が長い。日本国産のブランデーは珍しく、注目度も高い一品。
酸味が豊かで、ブランデーに向いている北国のブドウ。そこから生まれた十勝ワインを、10年以上熟成させた原酒を使用し、繊細でマイルドな味わいが生まれる。
長い熟成期間を経て、ブドウやワイン由来の成分が多く残った「ジェンティール V･S･O･P」から、マイルドでフルーティーな甘さが感じられる。
コーヒーとともに香り立つ、凝縮された北国の味わいを堪能できる。
ドリップバッグとはコーヒー1杯分のコーヒーの粉がフィルターに詰められ、
フィルターの両サイドについているフックの部分をカップの上にひっかけて200ccのお湯を注ぐことで、
