| [What is Sake Coffee?] Sake Coffee is a "sake-scented coffee bean" made by soaking green coffee beans in sake, transferring the flavor of the sake to the green coffee beans, and then roasting them. [About the Brewery] The brewery, Hombo Sake Brewery, was established in 1872. The brewery values the values that come from the environment*climate*culture of each region. Starting with Satsuma, Kagoshima Prefecture, where the company was founded, we have developed a liquor business rooted in the local community in various regions of Japan. The company is responsible for the production and sale of global alcoholic beverage categories such as authentic shochu, whiskey, and wine. [Sake used] Blended whiskey [TWIN ALPS] from Hombo Shuzo's domestic whiskey brand [Mars Whiskey] was used. [The name "TWIN ALPS" comes from the fact that it is produced at the Mars Komagatake Distillery in Nagano Prefecture, which is surrounded by two Alps (the Central Alps and the Southern Alps). It is finished with high-quality water pumped up from 120 meters underground at the foot of Komagatake in the Central Alps. This product, which is the result of Hombo Shuzo's technology and beautiful nature, is characterized by its soft mouthfeel and rich flavor. [Taste as sake coffee]. Brazilian coffee finished with a medium roast has a gentle mouthfeel. First, the unique aroma of Brazilian coffee spreads. Then, the aroma and richness of TWIN ALPS overlap with the aroma and richness of Brazilian coffee. 【酒造について】
酒造は明治5年（1872年）創業の「本坊酒造」。
地域ごとの、環境・風土・文化から生まれる価値を大切にしている。創業の地である鹿児島県薩摩をはじめ、日本各地で地域に根ざした酒類事業を展開。本格焼酎、ウイスキー、ワインなどグローバルな酒類カテゴリーの製造販売を担う。
【使用したお酒】
本坊酒造が手掛ける国産ウイスキーブランド「マルスウイスキー」から、ブレンデッドウイスキー「TWIN ALPS（ツインアルプス）」を使用。
「TWIN ALPS」の名前は、2つのアルプス（中央アルプスと南アルプス）に囲まれた長野県マルス駒ヶ岳蒸溜所で製造されていることから。中央アルプス駒ヶ岳山麓地下120mより汲み上げた良質な水で仕上げられている。
本坊酒造の技術と美しい自然が織りなす本品は、柔らかな口当たりと豊かな味わいが特徴。
【酒珈琲としての味わい】
中煎りで仕上げたブラジル産コーヒーは優しい口当たり。
まずは、ブラジル産コーヒー特有の香ばしさが広がる。
そこへ「TWIN ALPS」の香りとコクが重なっていく。樽香のきいたウッディな香り、柑橘系の酸味が味わい深い。
