[The coffee beans are soaked in sake and the sake flavor is transferred to the green coffee beans before roasting.   [About the brewery] The brewery, Izumihashi Sake Brewery, was established in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, in 1868. [The brewery has a history of brewing sake in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, since its establishment in 1768. The brewery sticks to traditional sake brewing and carefully finishes its sake using traditional methods and techniques. The characteristics of the soil, the individuality of the producer, and the characteristics of the rice are also identified and reflected in the handcrafting process. The result is sake with a natural depth of flavor. Sake used] [Sake used [Vacuum decompression distillation method], a technique that makes the most of the flavor of the ingredients and produces a beautiful, deep taste, is used to distill the sake lees to produce "Asakarimashita" shochu. We added sweet and refreshing strawberries grown in the Ebina Strawberry House to this shochu to make strawberry shochu.   [Taste as a sake coffee] After feeling the aroma of coffee, you will feel the fresh sweet and sour taste of strawberry, and after swallowing, you will feel the thick sweetness of koji.
