Earthenware and cracked-glaze tableware are absorbent.
*Soaking them in water before use will help prevent tea stains and dirt from adhering. After use, remove any dirt as soon as possible, dry them thoroughly, and then store them. (Otherwise, stains or odors may develop.)
*When washing the items after use, the color may change slightly due to moisture absorption. We ask for your understanding that this is a natural characteristic of earthenware.
*There may be variations in glaze application, firing, and color between individual pieces. We are unable to accommodate requests to select specific conditions or to match colors when ordering multiple items.
These variations fall within the manufacturer’s standards for acceptable products, so we cannot accept returns based on these reasons. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
