Comfortable and easy to wear for everyday use. [Attention to detail]. The collar is compact. Even in the hot summer season, it makes the neck look cool and neat. The rounded shoulders are made sharper with a transition at the shoulder line. The slit at the hem creates a loose fit. The design makes it easy to match with loose-fitting bottoms! The buttons are made of corozo nut buttons processed from ivory palms grown in South America. Even in the smallest of details, we have focused on natural materials that will eventually return to the soil. [From cotton to clothes and back to you.] [Chetna*Organic is a farmers' cooperative with a vision of "sustainable agriculture. As the name suggests, cotton is harvested from November to December on farms that are dedicated to organic farming methods. The harvested cotton is seeded and sent to a spinning mill dedicated to organic cotton to be made into yarn. After that, the baton is passed to a sewing factory [Raju*Lakshmi] that has acquired international FATRADE certification. Each professional carefully carries out many processes, including cutting, sewing, and inspection. The finished garments are then sent to the wearers through sisam. Organic farming still accounts for only 1% of all cotton cultivation methods. We hope that the wonderful relationship between the people involved will spread throughout the world. 「持続可能な農業」をビジョンとした農民組合「チェトナ・オーガニック」。
名の通り、オーガニック農法にこだわった農園で11月から12月にかけてコットンが収穫されます。
収穫された綿花は種を取り、糸にするためのオーガニックコットン専用の紡績工場へ。
その後、国際ファトレード認定を取得している縫製工場「ラージュ・ラクシュミ」にバトンタッチ。
裁断、縫製、検品など、多くの工程を、それぞれのプロフェッショナルが丁寧に進めていきます。
そして出来上がった服がsisamを通じて、着る人の元へ。
コットン栽培法のなかで、オーガニック農法はまだ全体の1％ですが
