[About the Brewery [About the brewery] [Chiba Sake Brewery is a Chiba Prefecture-based company that produces sake and liqueurs using carefully selected local ingredients. We value traditional methods of production and are committed to quality. We also contribute to the development of local culture by providing flavorful sake with a sense of the local climate. [Sake used]. This lemon wine is made from 100% fresh lemons grown in the warm sunshine of Minami-Boso, Chiba Prefecture. It is a nigori type sweet wine with refreshing acidity, sweet aroma and a hint of bitterness. [Taste as a sake coffee] The fusion of lemon wine and coffee has a unique taste with a perfect harmony of refreshing acidity and deep bitterness. The fruity and refreshing flavor of lemon wine, coupled with the roasted flavor of coffee, offers a new taste experience. The acidity and bitterness overlap while leaving a mellow and pleasant aftertaste. Drip bag is a filter filled with coffee grounds for one cup of coffee.
