生成り・水色・淡い黄色など軽快な色を取り合わせたパルチャミ（旗）と呼ばれる多色デザイン。やさしい赤色枠がついて明るい雰囲気です。細糸を使用して細かく織られた生地には上質感が感じられ、毛足はシルクのように艶めきが大きく、見る方向によって、濃淡の色合いが大きく変わって見え、その光沢でよりいっそう美しさが際立ちます。【厚み】は16、17ミリ位、踏んだ時やんわりと沈み込む感覚が感じられる、柔らかな手触りの良いウールです。
ハイランクに当たるシェカルーという種類のギャッベは、織り密度が通常のギャッベの数倍高く、ウールもより質の良いものが使われていますので、実物は一見して緻密な上質感が感じられます。毛足には艶めき感があって、滑らかな触り心地です。
